Our holiday flat on the outskirts of the village offers you holiday fun directly by the sea, in a quiet location away from traffic. From the south-west facing balcony you have a view of the sunset and nature. A tree-lined dune path takes you to the fine sandy beach in less than 5 minutes. All shopping facilities are within walking distance (300m).
The holiday home was newly built in 2007 and is located on the outskirts of Koserow, only 200m from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea and the pier. We rent out two flats in this house: A 3-room flat with terrace and a 2-room flat with balcony. Both flats are modernly furnished and offer a high level of comfort. Flat screen TV, electric fireplace (2-room) and daylight bathroom are available. The fitted kitchens are equipped with refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher (2-room), oven (3-room), microwave, kettle, etc. .
