Seemöwe 403
Very beautiful, lovingly and individually furnished flat that invites you to absolutely relax. It is ideally suited for families, but also for adults travelling together. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach of Koserow is only 600 m (beach exit).
This flat was built in 2010 and has been rented out since Easter 2011. The furnishings are of very high quality. The flat is on the ground floor and has a south-facing terrace with barbecue and a small garden.
The two bedrooms, each with double bed (180*200) offer space for up to four people + 1 toddler in a cot.
80cm flat-screen TV, DVD, CD and electric fireplace ensure cosiness in the living room even on cold days. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, an icebox in the fridge and an oven.
In addition, there is a small private sauna of size (190*170) available in the flat, which is also booked for a fee (5Euro/day).
