Very beautiful and individually furnished flat that leaves nothing to be desired. The flat is on the ground floor and has a large south-facing terrace.
There are 2 living rooms with terrace access. Both are equipped with a couch and TV, as well as a game collection and reading material. The spring sofa bed (lying surface 150*200) in the 2nd living room can be used as an extra bed for a 3rd person or 2 children.
It is ideally suited for spouses and partners with generous space requirements, but also for adults travelling together and families with up to 2 children. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach of Koserow is only approx. 600 m (beach exit).
The fully equipped daylight bathroom has a towel warmer and a shower with a ground-level entrance. A separate WC rounds off the sanitary facilities.
The open-plan fitted kitchen is fully equipped and, in addition to a dishwasher, also has an ice compartment in the fridge and an oven.
There is a one-off fee of 20 euros for the use of the fireplace (cleaning and firewood).
