Seeadler 223
Very beautiful, lovingly and individually furnished flat. The chosen colours harmonise perfectly with each other. You will feel absolutely at home here!
It is ideally suited for families, but also for adults travelling together. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach of Koserow is only 600 m (beach exit).
This flat was built in 2010 and has been rented out since spring 2011. The furnishings are of very high quality. The flat is on the top floor and has a large balcony with breakfast table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. This flat offers two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. An 80 cm TV, DVD, real wood fireplace and a cosy, huge sofa provide comfort in the living room even on cold days. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.
There is a one-off fee of 20 euros for the use of the fireplace (cleaning and 2 packs of firewood).
