This flat was built in 2010 and will be rented out from spring 2011. The furnishing is of very high quality in grey-vanilla. The flat is on the ground floor and has a terrace. In the bedroom we have placed a double bed and a single bed (80*200), so that the flat is also suitable for small families. DVD, CD, electric fireplace provide cosiness in the living room even on cold days. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher as well as an oven.
