It is ideally suited for families, but also for adults travelling together. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach of Koserow is only 600 m (beach exit). You will feel completely at home here.
This flat was built in 2010 and will be rented out from spring 2011. The furnishings are of very high quality. The holiday flat has a large balcony with sun lounger and offers two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, which can be put together if required. A flat-screen TV, DVD, CD and an electric fireplace ensure cosiness in the living room even on cold days. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher as well as an oven.
