Seebär
This holiday park with 2 houses and a total of 18 flats is located directly in the village of Koserow and offers holiday fun directly by the sea in a quiet location (dead-end street). The complex, built in 2009/2010, is located in a loosely developed residential area in the middle of Koserow. A tree-lined dune path takes you to the fine sandy, wide beach within approx. 8 minutes. Since the steep coast begins here, there are about 50 steps to the beach. All shopping facilities, village centre, bicycle rental within walking distance (500m).
The living room has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and HIFI system. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob (4 plates), oven and the usual electrical appliances. A lockable bicycle shed belongs to the rental property free of charge. Parking spaces for prams in the staircase.
