This flat was built in 2010 and has been rented out since early summer 2011. The flat is located on the top floor and has a large south-facing balcony/roof terrace. In addition to the living room, which is fully equipped with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed or extra-wide (140cm) bed offer space for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. An 80cm flatscreen TV, DVD, CD and a comfortable sofa provide cosiness in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher as well as an oven.
Pets are not allowed in this flat. We have made a conscious effort to provide allergy-friendly furnishings.
